The Kawasan Falls is located inside the mountains of Barangay Matutinao Badian.The south-west side of the island close to Matutinao inside the mountains surrounded with tropical vegetation the freshening, cool and crystal clear Kawasan Falls.You can reach the waterfalls from Cebu City with a bus journey.You may bring in food, or buy from the resort’s restaurants. Cottages and tables are also available for rent, as well as rooms for overnight stay.

Kawasan has three waterfalls. The first one is mainly the largest of the three, and is usually the most crowded. An uphill climb for fifteen minutes will take you to the second falls, and another, to the third. You may bring in food, or buy from the resort’s restaurants. Life vests are also available for a very affordable price.

Kawasan Falls is a great get-away destination in the southern part of Cebu for family’s and gatherings..The pathway back is very dark once the sun sets so its best to bring a flashlight. You should be extra careful in going down the slope especially the one descending from the second or third falls to avoid mishaps or accidents.

Burney Creek drains from volcanic highlands northwest of Mount Lassen, much of it featuring porous bedrock where precipitation can easily sink into the ground. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the third largest waterfall in the world.It is also known as Yellow Fruit Tree Waterfall. It is one of the largest waterfalls in China and East Asia located on the Baihe River in Anshun.one of the headstreams of the Dabang River in the Zhenning Bouyei-Miao Autonomous County southwest of Guizhou. The Sardar Sarovar dam is the largest. With a proposed height of 136.5 m (455 feet), it is the focal point of both the dam-builders plans and the Narmada Bachao Andolan's opposition.The dam is a 1210 m (3970 feet) long wall of concrete across the valley. It is designed to impound a reservoir with a full level of 139 m (455 feet) above sea level (asl). The middle section of the dam is planned to reach a height of 146.5 m (481 feet) asl. The Sardar Sarovar Dam is on the Narmada River in Gujarat state, 170 kilometres pstream from where the river flows into the Gulf of Khambhat in the Arabian Sea. The Narmada is the largest westward flowing river in India. A few kilometres downstream from the dam site on the north bank is Kevadia Colony, the town built to house the construction workers and related bureaucracy. Nagarjuna Sagar Dam  is the world's largest masonry dam built across Krishna River in Nagarjuna Sagar, Nalgonda District of Andhra Pradesh, India, between 1955 and 1967.Nagarjuna Sagar, located at a distance of  150 km from Hyderabad, is  one of  the most prominent Buddhist centers and attractive  tourist spots in Andhra Pradesh.Known in ancient days as Vijayapuri, Nagarjunasagar takes its present name from Nagarjuna, one of the most revered Buddhist monks, who governed the sangha for nearly 60 years around the turn of the 2nd century AD.
